These awards recognise and celebrate the voluntary service given by those people and how their commitment to serving others has benefitted our community.
Anyone may make a nomination. All nominations must have a nominator and seconder, with both signing the form.
Nominations close at 4pm on Friday 2, August 2024.
Nomination forms can be filled out online or collected from our Gisborne or Te Puia Springs offices and the HB Williams Memorial Library.
