GDC Fix is a smartphone app, it's the easy way to report issues to us.

If you spot something in our district such as a pothole, vandalism, litter or damaged footpath, you can report it instantly to us from a mobile phone.

The app identifies the location using the phone's GPS. It sends us an email from your email address, includes details about the issue and a photo. The more information that's provided helps us to locate the issue and investigate.

Install the app on your phone

Install GDC Fix from the app store on your device:

Then to use the app to report something

Open the app
Tap 'Report it'
Pin the location on the map
Attach a photo
Fill in a few details and hit send.

You can also 'Check it' to see the progress of your report.
