We have Council and committee meetings every 6 weeks. All meetings are open to the public, however some may be public excluded sessions and are closed to the public and those reports and minutes are not available.

Location of meetings

Council meetings are held at our administration centre:

  • Awarua, Te Ruma Kaunihera (Council Chambers)
  • 15 Fitzherbert Street, Gisborne.

The agenda and reports are available here on our website 2 days before the meeting. Minutes are available once they are confirmed at the following meeting.
