Each year we carry out an independent resident satisfaction survey to find out how satisfied residents are with our facilities and services.
The survey interviews about 400 residents by telephone and online, 4 times throughout the year.
The results help to give us an insight in to how well our facilities and services are utilised, customer satisfaction and how the community thinks we’re performing.
It helps to make sure we deliver what we said we would and that we improve performance in areas where it’s required
What we do with the results
The results help to give us an insight in to how well our facilities and services are utilised, customer satisfaction and how the community thinks we’re performing.
We use the results to measure our performance and identify priorities for improvement. This may mean providing a better level of service, changing the way we do something or more communication.
The results of the survey are included in our Annual Report.
