The popular track from Hillview Terrace to Valley Road will be closed while trees are removed.
Contractors are felling mature trees on land adjacent to the track this week. weather permitting.
Due to the rain, the work was delayed until this week:
- Closed Monday 24 March
- Closed Tuesday 25 March
- Closed Wednesday 26 March
This accessway to the city’s water reservoir on Hill View Terrace is popular for walkers and runners.
It’s essential for safety that people stay away until the trees are felled.
