Report it - you tell us

If you spot something that needs our attention like a pothole, vandalism to any public facility, illegal dumping or damaged footpath you can report it to us instantly.

The app identifies the location using your phone's GPS or you can add the address yourself. It sends us an email with the details about the issue and any photos you add to the report. The more information you provide helps us to locate the issue and investigate.

You can report anything to us 24/7, our team will handle it during business hours 8am - 5pm weekdays, excluding public holidays.
For anything urgent like animal control or noise happening now, please phone our team 24/7 on ph: 0800 653 800.

Once you've sent the report, find it listed under the 'your reports' section of the app. If we need any more information from you, staff will contact you, so remember to include your contact preference on the report.

Q&As

Make sure you've added an address within the Tairāwhiti district.

You'll only see updates if one of the places you've added has been sent out updates from Council. These updates can be seen in your post feed.

Antenno tailors updates to the location and topics you care about.

Social media is more broad, but you can also miss vital information too.

The app uses Google as the source for its address data.

This means that when Google Maps is updated with a newly created address, the address will appear in Antenno.

The app works by sending notifications to parts of the district that are relevant for that information.

If you can't find an exact address, try adding the nearest address that does appear in Antenno - it can be the area, township or street name rather than the specific address.

No. The app doesn't track where you are. It uses the addresses you've added as your favourite places and sends notifications relevant to those areas.

The only time the app knows your location is when you access the report it  function of the app to tell us when something needs our attention.
