Te Puia Springs and Waipiro Bay Township Plan

Gisborne District Council worked with the Te Puia and Waipiro Bay communities to capture their vision for their township.  It's a guide in planning for their future development over the next 20+ years.
The success of the plan depends on Council acting together with local communities and other organisations.
