Rating revaluation 2020

District-wide valuation

The Valuation Rolls for Gisborne District Council have been revised by Lewis Wright, Council’s rating valuation service provider.

The revised values are as at 1 September 2020 and will be available for public inspection until Friday 29 January 2021 during office hours, free of charge, at customer service in Fitzherbert Street and Te Puia Springs.

Ratepayers/owners will be posted notice of the revised values from 11 December 2020.

Any objection to the revised valuations must be made in writing to Council, no later than 29 January 2021.
