Meetings calendar

We have Council and committee meetings every 6 weeks.

All meetings are open to the public. However, there may be some public excluded sessions
These are closed to the public and the reports and minutes are not available. 

If you would like to speak at a meeting, here's some information about meetings. 

Location of meetings

Meetings are held Council's administration building, Awarua, Te Ruma Kaunihera (Council Chambers) at 15 Fitzherbert Street,Gisborne.

The reports will be available here on our website 2 days before the meeting.  Minutes are available once they are confirmed at the following meeting.
