Kerbside rubbish and recycling collection delays

Council's kerbside rubbish and recycling collection on Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 July may be picked up later at around 6.30pm.

This is due to ongoing negotiations between Transpacific Waste Management and their staff, they have reached a point where industrial action is now planned. Some staff will not be attending work for the next 2 days.

An interim plan has been put in place to collect the kerbside rubbish and recycling.

You may notice a different truck collecting your rubbish and recycling and it may be picked up later  - around 6.30pm.
